J.B. Maintenance started life in 1995 as a small family run company originally based in Hotwells, Bristol specialising in property maintenance and student let refurbishment and maintenance.
Our company was founded in by then Joe Bray and he built the company up through the years until September 2022 when he retired and handed the business over to Gary his son who he has worked along side for over 20 years.
Now based in Winterbourne, South Gloucestershire we work both in commercial and domestic properties for individuals and businesses delivering quality repairs, property refurbishments and building maintenance services efficiently, quickly and in a friendly but professional manner.
We are now based in Winterbourne, South Gloucestershire and have establish a large client base throughout Bristol and the surrounding areas in those years.
We do work for two large property management companies in Bristol and have worked on various projects from student lets to hotel maintenance.
We are fully insured and DBS checked.
